FastTrakker is an email software program that works behind the scenes to track when an email was opened or a link in the email was followed.

FastTrakker does this by adding a tracking device to your outgoing email, much like you would put on a Certified Letter from the Post Office, letting you know if and when your email is opened. Plus, if you have included a link within your email body, FastTrakker will also alert you if your recipient clicks this link, sending them to where you want them to go.

Sending through YOUR ISP:
If you are not going to be sending out 1000's of emails at a time you can utilize your current ISP to send and track emails. This is perfect for contacting new customers and seeing who is interested and then follow up with a phone call.

• FastTrakker offers an unlimited number of e-mails that can be sent through it per day-week-year etc. However your ISP may only allow you to send out so many at a time. That's why FastTrakker has a queue to hold and automatically resend e-mails that may have been held up for a time by your ISP.
• That being said however, we would recommend that you do not BLAST out 100's or 1000's per day but rather that you send out less then 100 per day. There are 2 reasons for this, one is practical, and one is technical.
• On a practical note, if you have put together a well crafted e-mail and your e-mail list is well targeted. Will you be able to handle the volume of activity that comes in that day or will you end up hurting your reputation because you can not respond to the interest?
• The technical consideration is that if you send out 100's or 1000's per day, these e-mails are being sent out through your ISP and IP address. Sending out this type of volume all at once will quickly set SPAM flags to internet based SPAM reporting servers that e-mails being sent from this IP address are SPAM so they might be blocked.

FastTrakker adds a small tracking device to your outgoing e-mail. It sends the e-mail messages you write and send through your e-mail servers.

There is nothing illegal about adding the FastTrakker tracking device to your e-mail messages. There are however laws about sending e-mail SPAM. It is your responsibility to comply with the SPAM laws. But as for FT, again, there is nothing illegal about tracking the activity of your e-mail.

No. FastTrakker works through adding a tracking device placed inside the e-mail that detects the e-mail being opened and links being clicked on. It does not gather any personal information from the recipients computer.

The only additional information that it can gather about the recipient is their IP address, an approximate city of the reader, and the version of their browser.
